Rental Property Management

What we will do for you:




Our eight percent (8%) monthly management fee is strictly based on rental income. Rent collection, lease signing, availability, accounting and money management are all included in this percentage fee.  The standard one month rent commission applies only at leasing and includes the first month’s management charges.

Tenant Screening:


Our stringent approval guidelines for applicants ensure a higher quality tenant. We screen every tenant with respect to credit and criminal background.  



Occupancy creates yield. This is why our pricing model is set up with the owner’s best interest in mind: market value rent, collected on-time, with minimal vacancy.
